Returns & Exchange Policy

We offer best quality product which you will love surely, but in an unlikely event if you have received a product which is not in good condition i.e. damaged or defective or the product delivered to you is different from what has been advertiesd – you can certainly return or exchange it.

Return or replacement is accepted only if products are in a saleable condition with the tags intact& in packaging. It should be unused, unwashed product. Product can be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Replacements are applicable in case the product delivered is a damaged product or incorrect size i.e., size other than ordered is delivered, in the case where the required product is not in our stock, refund will be processed.

The exchange is acceptable with the same or different product, in case the value of the new product is more than that of exchanged product then the customer has to pay the difference in the amount.

Return policy is not applicable on discounted products.

Process :
The customer can call us at our customer care (+ 91) 7827 000 200 or email us care AT shreelifestyle.com – within 2 days after receiving the product. The details of Order no. & reason for return should be shared with customer support executive.

Refund – Terms & Conditions :
Refund will be initiated only if the product is no more in stock with us or the product has manufacturing defect which will be checked by Shree quality team.

The refund process will initiate within 2 working days of receiving the request at our Head Office (WZ – 72, Todapur, Main Road, New Delhi – 110012) & as soon as refund approval from quality team is received.

Refunds will be credited back to customer account, within 7-10 days of initiation of refund which is dependent on the mode of payment.

Cancellation Policy :
Customers can easily cancel their online order within 24 hrs of placing the order, complete amount will be refunded. The partial cancellation of order is also allowed. The refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the purchase. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be done through NEFT.
