Cancellation & Refund Policies

** A booking can be cancelled by the user through the Drivezy mobile application or website. Alternatively, the user may also contact the customer care and request a cancellation.
** In case of cancellations prior to 24 hours of pickup time, user will be charged 5% of the total transaction amount subject to a maximum of Rs.2000. The refund will be credited to the user’s account in 7-9 working days.
** For cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup time, user will be charged 15% of the transaction amount subject to a maximum of Rs.2000. The refund will be credited to the user’s account in 7-9 working days.
** In case a user fails to show up for his reservation or cancels the ride 2 hours before the pickup time, the booking shall be treated as a No Show and only the security deposit shall be reimbursed.
** In case a ride is cancelled due to inability to produce a valid licence during ride pickup, 15% deductions will be applicable.
** If a user with blocked licence makes a booking, the ride would be cancelled with 5% deductions.

Privacy Policy

The privacy policy governs the collection, usage and sharing of private information provided by the user to Drivezy. User privacy is a top priority for Drivezy and all efforts will be made to prevent unauthorised use of any private information divulged to Drivezy.

Drivezy collects information from its users for the delivery and improvement of services and for the purpose of user safety. A user must be in agreement with the terms and conditions of this privacy policy in order to avail Drivezy services. The user is free to suspend or terminate the services of Drivezy by revoking his consent to the privacy policy or by deleting his account.

Personal Information :
Drivezy collects certain information from its users for the purpose of ‘user identification’. The following information is collected by Drivezy when an applicant applies for membership on its website or smartphone based applications:
** Name
** Contact Number
** Postal Address
** E-mail Address

By providing the above information, the applicant has voluntarily agreed to the terms and condition of this document.

The following information is collected from the user during the rental period:
Location:Drivezy has installed GPS tracking devices in all its vehicle in order to ensure the safety of the passengers and the vehicle. The location of all Drivezy vehicles is tracked in real-time.

The information will not be divulged publicly. However, the information may be shared with the concerned authorities such as the police or similar parties in the event of an accident or mishap. Drivezy reserves the right to share any information pertaining to the location of the vehicle with insurance companies in the event of any damage/accident claim or theft.

Vehicle Use Data: Data related to vehicle use is collected and monitored by Drivezy in order to prevent misuse and theft of the vehicle.
Drivezy has the right to access a user’s driver record and vehicle history from the concerned authorities. By becoming a member of Drivezy, the user authorizes all DMV’s, RMV’s, automobile mechanics and any relevant authority to release the user’s driving record and vehicle history.

Really customer support is extremely worst, i have logged a complain and visit head office to meet with senior people handed over the FIR copy of my stolen vehicle and from that till now i am chasing only due to in my account the count for charges is not getting stopped. i have written many emails, many phones i tried. But no luck at all.

  6. Really customer support really worst, i booked a car ‘with Fuel’ plan for a day, when we pic up a gadi there was no fuel in the car, so we only fill the diesel and provide the slip while drop. the drivezy guy told ‘after 4-5 days amount will be refund( what we paid for the diesel amount )’.

    now almost one and half completed still they are not credited. i infirm to customer care no one respond clearly and i sent my account statement to them also for reference , no use as of now.

    Incident Date : – 18 Sep 2018 @ 20:00 hrs
    Vehicle Number : KA03 AE 9742 – drive ezy hire maruti swift
    Driver : Driven by a drunk person Manoj and accompanied by three mobs.

    This vehicle was halted in the center of the road to drop somebody in the middle of the road which was on Iblur to HSR ring road highway towards Koramangala. When we were passing the car, suddenly the driver moves the car resulting in both the cars colliding, damaging my wind shield and right side door. When we spoke the driver, he was arrogant and was not ready to accept the mistake nor wanted to have a look at the damage, instead started talking nonsense and traffic rule which he never followed. Then due traffic congestion we wanted to clear from there and avoided nuisance to other commuters. We asked him to stop the vehicle, slightly further to avoid further jam , the driver was not ready to stop and started driving fast and tried to escape from the situation. (HIT & RUN). So we want you to look into it and revert.
