I had a horrible travel experience on 28/2/23 while traveling from Paulo Travels from goa to hubli.
1) Bus was late it reached at 6.30pm where in the time given to me was 5.45pm.
2) The bus was very dirty.
3) All the seats were broken they were not reclining
4) Bus driver and Conductor was very rude
5) AC was not working it was suffocating in the bus.
6) on my ticket the reaching time was 11.45pm diver told we will reach hubli at 3am.
7) All the rest traveller’s were foreigners they were smoking weed in the bus it was very annoying and suffocating it was impossible to breathe in the bus.
8) we boarded at panjim and got down at margao we hired an taxi from there.
I want a refund as I didn’t travel in the bus to hubli.

Contact details given above are wrong, saying number has change. They are dropping the passenger in between saying bus cant go further.
Very Poor Service. Paulo travels should have improve their service.
We booked 2 AC sleeper tickets from Kankavli to Borivli east on dated 22nd October 2018. Seat numbers are 15 and 16. Actual time was 10.45pm at Kankavli ST stand but bus arrived at 11.45 pm. After that, he didn’t stop even for snacks (or) washroom . Instead of that, he took Pune city road to pick up local passengers till panvel. I don’t think Paulo is aware about it. Seats were not at all good. AC was not proper. Glass window opened in between. They don’t even bother to stop even for toilet. So many ladies passengers are travelling. Even he wasted almost 2 hours by taking route from Pune local road due to Traffic.
Later at Khargar, he stopped in one toilet which is very cheap. We asked them to stopped atleast some malls for snacks. Still he denied. Our drop point is Borivli east as per online booking. But they said we can drop you only at Sion. That means paulo travel is completely fake. Just take money & no good service to passengers at all. Pathetic service. We will not recommend this travel to any other passenger ever. We need our money back. Rs 2656 total

Today morning we booked Bus ticket from Kolhapur to Panji in the name of Anita Sharma two times from 2 different debit cards. But both times it was failed, our account is debited by Rs.735/- respectively.
Total amount debited in both account is Rs.1470/-

It is very bad service from Paulo.
