Refunds /Replacement Policy :

International vendor/ out of india vendor Items are shipped via air parcel registered/ Singapore post / swiss post for free and arrive in 7 to 35 days after shipping. indian products / indian vendor items are shipped via aramex / ecom express / delhivery via free shipping and arrive in 3 to 7 days after shipping .

  4. I have ordered Ulefone Armour 2 online in the month of April and paid online Rs.18499 by card and have not received my mobile till date. Helpline number is always busy or ringing and send several mails to them but, no reply as I have already complaint about them in consumer fourm and Jago Grahak Jago as well as at Aapki Samasya.com also and they are working on it however no response.

  10. Order Number 7829 For Raddo Centrix Watch via Courier xpressbees was delivered with an empty box on 13th April 2018 at around 1.30pm.
    Your customer care #8552031034 was never picked up even after dialing several times since the delivery happened yesterday. Understand from the earlier reviews about the poor quality of delivery and issues faced by customers. I would like to know if any remedial action will be taken in either refunding my money or getting the Watch as requested and paid for already in return for an empty package.

  11. I have ordered a Leagoo S8 mobile on 21st March but till now, I haven’t received the order. Your customer number is also switched off. I have even sent mail but no reply from your end. Please look into the matter.
