Our policy lasts for 3 Working Days. If 3 days have gone by since your order is delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for that order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Goods such as Innerwear & Intimate Wear cannot be returned. We also do not accept those orders as returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase ( such as )
1) Invoice ( received with the purcahse )
2) AWB No. or Shipping Label.
Refunds (if applicable) :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Bank Account, within a day.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) :
If you haven’t received a refund yet, request you to please first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items and freebies :
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items and freebies with orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable) :
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged originally or in transist. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [ support AT i-ranu.com ] and place a exchange request.
If all is perfect but you still need to exhange the order and want to buy another one, we are open for that but in that case extra shipping charges will be borne by customer.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to your provided address, Return will be only iinitiated by the same address as provided.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
** We will be managing the return part so you need to only contact us for return and we will be doing else.
** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the reverse pickup is not initaited by us and the products are returned to us by your side only. We are not liable to the charges and hence no refund in that case will be made.
