1. Do I need to create an account to shop/order?
** Yes, You need to create a fresh account, in order to track all your past and upcoming orders.
** Please note: Goods purchased ONLINE, shall NOT be returned on any STORE
2. What is your policy on returns?
** Any product delivered defective / damaged or wrong W.R.T. what is shown on the website could be returned / replaced within 48 hours of the delivery. Please reach out to our WhatsApp chat support on +91 93114 04450. (Business Hours: Monday to Friday between 0900 Hrs. to 1800 Hrs.)
** We accept returns / replacements of Cutlery, Cushion Covers, Napkins, Bath, Face & Hand Towels, Bath Mats and Placemats ONLY. Please place the return / replacement request within 48 hours of the delivery.
** Due to fragile nature of our products and complexities of reverse logistics, we do not accept returns / replacements in rest of the categories & sub categories.
** Please return the products in their original packaging. Double-check that you’ve included all the tags, warranty cards, and all other attachments that came with your order.
3. If I pay for my order by Debit or credit card, how long will it take to process my refund?
** If you return your products by placing an online return request or calling us for a return pick-up, here’s how it works: Stepwise
** It’ll take 4-5 business days for us to receive your products and perform a quality check
** We’ll then take 2 business days to approve the refund.
** Your bank or card may take a further 2 to 7 business days to process the transaction.
4. I paid for an order using my credit balance and then cancelled the order. What happens to my balance?
Your amount will once again be refunded to My Credit and your My Credit balance will be updated in your account.
5. If I have used a promo code to place my order, how is my refund calculated?
** Your refund will be issued after deducting the proportionate value of the discount applied using promo code on the product that you’re returning or cancelling.
** This means that you get back exactly what you paid for the product you’re returning.
** Refunds against orders (if applicable) will be initiated within 15 working days from the date of approval.
