Ordering Process of Perfume Network

1. To place and complete an order, the Customer must have an account on our website. The terms regarding the creation of a personal account are described within the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website.Further, you should take notice of the terms regarding the protection of the your personal information in our Privacy Policy stated separately in detail.

2. As you place an order on our website,you can choose the products you wish to purchase by clicking on “Add to Cart”. After adding the products you may choose “Continue Shopping” or “Cart & Checkout”.

3. All of the selected products are gathered in “My Cart”. By clicking on “My Cart” the Customer can verify the details of their order and the total price excluding delivery fees. The Customer may also consult the Terms and Conditions of Sales, modify their order through the “My Cart” section and return to previous pages using their web browser.

4. After having verified the content of the “Shopping Cart”, the customer may click on the icon “Proceed to Checkout”. The Customer will be asked to enter billing, delivery and payment information, which is necessary for processing the order.

After having submitted the necessary information the Customer will be redirected to the “Order Review”, which summarizes the ordered products, the total price including Goods and Services Tax, and delivery fees in cases where these apply. The order will be final when the Customer accepts the Terms and Conditions of Sales by clicking on “Place Order”.

Through this action the customer accepts to be legally bound by the sales contract established with Perfume Network India. The act of confirming an order entails the Customer’s full and unreserved acceptation of the details of the sales contract, the Terms and Conditions of the Website.

5. We will confirm the order by sending an email to the email address provided by you in the billing information. The email contains the purchased order and a confirmation of the purchase. A second email will be sent to the same email address when the order is being dispatched. For these purposes, it is important that the Customer provides a valid and correct email.

Shipping And Returns Policy for Perfume Network

Delivery :
** We know that you are eagerly for your order, but it will take 12-24 hours to dispatch your order, and 2-4 business days for your order to reach you depending on your pin code serviceability. We try to ensure that your order reaches you as earliest as possible and will keep you notified via email and text.

In an unforeseen circumstance of a delayed delivery, we will inform you about the same via email and text. In case the customer has paid for Express delivery and the shipment reaches you after 4 business days, then the 99 INR paid will be refunded post delivery.

Returns :
** We are committed to provide you the best of service and experience.Your satisfaction is our utmost priority and for that we do accept returns in case of an unforeseen situation such as damaged products during transit or circumstances affecting the product which are beyond the control of the customer.

** Returns are only applicable if a wrong product is delivered. We are not liable for any manufacturing defects by the brand such as non-working atomiser, broken design parts, etc which are solely responsible of the brand and we don’t have any control over it whatsoever. However in such cases we do direct your complaints to the brand and it’s at the the discretion of the brand to acknowledge and resolve the issue case by case.

In case of a wrong product delivered all the necessary parts of packaging accompanying the order should be intact in order to process a refund.Your refund will be processed in 2-4 days once we receive the returned order and its subsequent inspection.

Acceptance of a return is subject to the condition in which we receive the order.We reserve the right to reject a return request if the condition of the product received is not up to the standards set by us.
