These guys think they can get away with bad service. They will wind up very soon. Good bless us from these kind of fake service providers.
Never get a WIFI Connection from this one. If any problem arises all they say is WILL LOOK INTO IT. Do they Really?
Absolutely never buy this broadband, they just do fake promise. The off chance that you raise a complaint, there is no response. I have been waiting for 2 days to restore my connectivity still no response. Very bead team and support system, 2 ties engineers came here and not fixed problems. This is waste of money to get service from TTN.
Heights of irresponsibility, sales person Mr. Jayesh Shinde had come yesterday and took all the amount required for installation. He had promised that I will get the connection today. He made a big promises last day that he will get all the installation done today and today he is not picking up the calls and since morning I have been calling the help line number which has given me a different number. Disappointed.
Can I get the login ID?
My airwire connection ID is 170476. I am residing in DS Max Swatrantra,Opposite to Assissi School,TC Palayam,KR Puram-566036. My internet connection subscription was expired on 10.1.2017 17.00 pm.(yesterday). So I have to pay the amount online on 10.1.2017 at 12:59:09 vide Transaction ID No.1484033272704. And I have not connected internet up to evening 18.50. I called one Ph.no.7795050606 that official says look into the matter and early connect to internet.
So far today morning 7.40 am it is showing as “Your internet subscription is expired. 11.1.2017” and not connected to internet. Please do some thing and provide the connection early.
I want to do cancellation.
