  1. We am from greenfield city. Past 3 days, We are not getting any signals in TV. We tried to contact your team but no use. Please do needful.

  2. VC number is 2145742053. Picture quality is very poor. Green field city. Rectify it by tomorrow. For last 2 months, signal is poor. Customer care number is not responding. Service technicians are not responding and saying they have not received salary for last 8 months. Please set right by tomorrow else return back my security deposit.

  3. From almost 1 year, we did not see the maximum of Zee channels like ZEE STUDIO, ZEE CAFE, FLIX, &Pictures, ZING, ZEE ETC, WION, NEWS X…..So on. Please add these channels many as possible, we used GOSPEL STB.

  6. The worst customer care ever talked with. They are uneducated, uncivilized, they don’t know how to communicate with a consumer. Such a foolish thing ever done by service provider, in today’s competitive market where we have ample scope to choose any operator. Also we are paying our rental on advance. What the fuck these guys are doing with money. Following ‘Nirav Modi’? It was a very experience with Manthan.

  7. Please add Anjaan TV in your package. You will get more customer if this channel is added. All cable operator is providing Anjaan TV. I will be a customer soon if this channel comes.

  8. Last 2 months I was able to see Zee network channel, and many more channels in Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur.

  12. Since we put the man than digital till now we didn’t got the channel Gemini tv and whenever we ask the operator he says you will get it soon. And the tv network is very bad, every now and then it shows no signal and when we call the operator he says to call a number which was given by him and when we call in that number they says to call the Kolkata customer care. Since we put the dish we are not able to see the TV properly. Take some action or we will have to take a step about that.

  13. From last 10 to 12 days Star Network was not coming in our area but our cable operator had not taken any action but they were collected their dues on time. I was learning from reliable source that At Tridhara Area’s Cable operators were given Citi Cable Set box with replacement of Mathan One. But unfortunately we were suffering from it. My question is, will you refund our Package Amount of Star Network or take any Alternative Action for Customers?

  15. There is no cable network for 3 days. So please do something or sale your company.

  16. Past few days all channels of Star have been blocked. Also lot of Malayalam channels are blocked. Although we are making payments on time, why are we made to suffer for non payment from your side? Let me know how long will it take to restore all the blocked programme? We are trying to contact the local agent as well as your Manthan office, both have switched off their mobiles to avoid answering the customers. This is highly regrettable.

  17. Error code tune 300 from last 24 hours. I am from Asansol and uses gospel STB. There is no signal from last 24 hours and operator said problem is from Manthan. So why does it still in same condition. And I am glad to say I never face such poor services. Siti is 10 times better than Manthan. Manthan should start a consumer help and complain services. If manthan really cares about their customers then please upgrade your quality of service, and it will be better for me to switch to tata sky.

  18. Since the last few days we have been missing all channels of Star TV network. On asking “Planet-E” – the local cablewala, they have been assuring with consistent failures. Today we have seen the first page advertisement by Star TV and have seen their action due to your non-payment! Isn’t that surprise? You are collecting on or, before schedule but not paying the parent service provider. Please resolve by today under information to us. We are paying more and still suffering.

  19. What can I do if your service provider at Bijoy Garh/ Jadavpur did not do repair jobs and continue claim monthly charges by force?

    I am a senior citizen reside at Asansol. We are completely dependent on TV from evening to spend our leisure hours. It is our bad luck that most of the days specially in the evening a disruption takes place for the carelessness of local operator who in turn blames the operator at Kolkata. Your advise is badly needed whether we should switch over to Tata sky to avoid our dishappiness.

  21. Suddenly tonight when the Manthan digital set top box started I faced a problem that there is an error with message “no valid sector found” and started to flash at my television. I tried hard to make it correct but I failed. Please tell me what could be the problem and how I can solve the problem.

  23. In Manthan digital in advertisement channel we answered a question of a contest. In reply two calls get received. One call seemed to be fraud so we ignored it. After sometime another call came. They said that they will give us money and we will have to give them 3150 rupees.
    The two numbers were – 8678091167 , 9771967642 respectively.

  33. Me & my mother have two set top box in home. I watch T.V by DTH service from December, 2014. We request to return two set top boxes in local cable operator (Manthan Set Top Box), but cable operator did not return set top boxes from us. How can I return those set top boxes & what we will do?
    Please reply me as early as possible.
