Lost ATM Card
** If the card is lost, it should be hot listed at the earliest to avoid further withdrawals using the card.
** Contact the toll free number 1800 425 5566 or 1800 11 2211 or 1800 425 38 00 for hot listing and furnish the following particulars
** 1. Name of customer
** 2. Account Number
** 3. Card issuing branch
** 4. Card number (if available)

** In order to provide further convenience to our account holders for blocking their State Bank ATM debit card, we have introduced blocking of Debit Card through SMS facility. For blocking the Debit Card, the Cardholder has to send an SMS in the following format
** BLOCK<space>XXXX to 567676
** from Cardholder’s registered mobile number only.
** (XXXX is the last 4 digits of State Bank Debit Card which Cardholder wishes to block)
** On acceptance of the request for blocking, the Cardholder shall get a confirmatory SMS alert with ticket number, date and time of blocking. An illustration is provided below.

It is taking Rs30/ month towards balance inquiry. How to deactivate it?
I have one Savings account with SBT having ATM card using rarely. It is noted that SMS charges are debiting from a/c regularly even though no transactions and no SMS received. How to avoid the SMS charges? If I block ATM card can I exclude from SMS charges?
