1. What are the delivery charges?
Hopmepunch incurs relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off, if you shop for a minimum predefined value.
2. Why does the estimated delivery time vary from seller to seller?
You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the product, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.
3. How are items packaged?
Products sold are shipped in packages with waterproof plastic wrap. Fragile items like electronics are safely secured with bubble wrap, with an outer card box for added safety.
4. Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?
Currently this feature is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive in case of cash on delivery orders.
Returns & Exchange
1. How do I return an item purchased on Homepunch?
Conveniently place your return request online if you’ve received an item in a ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ or ‘Not as Described’ state. You may also conveniently do this on the Homepunch Mobile App.
2. Can I return part of my order? Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?
Yes, a return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return for a partial quantity. The free gift has to be returned along with the product.
3. When are Refunds provided?
We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe. Refunds are issued only when E-Tailer cannot provide replacement. Refund will be processed through the same online mode in 10-15 days
4. Is there any time period for cancellation of orders?
Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order
