Cancellations Policy

** We start processing your order as soon as it is placed and hence orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
** However, in an unforeseen situation, where you need to fully or partly cancel your order, cancellation can be done at a nominal fee to cover a portion of costs that our merchants would have already incurred.

Product Not Shipped :
** 5% of the paid value is charged if the order is cancelled before the item is shipped.

Product Shipped :
Non Furniture: 10% or Rs. 100, whichever is higher, of the paid value when the order is cancelled after it is shipped from our fulfillment centers.
Furniture: 20% or Rs 2000, whichever is higher, of the paid value when the order is cancelled after it is packed/shipped from our fulfillment centers.

Note : Order once confirmed cannot be cancelled for Made-to-order/Customised Products.

Return Policy

Mebelkart 30 days Easy Replacement Guarantee :
** At Mebelkart, we strive to provide you with the most delightful shopping experience.
** We deliver you supreme quality products, supplied by our manufacturers, post stringent quality checks.
** In the rare event that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can get it replaced.
** Easy Replacement guarantee is applicable within 30 Days of receipt of product.
** The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners.

Eligibility :
** Returns can be made if the product is defective, damaged, or is not as described on the website.
** If a particular part of the product is faulty and replaceable, the same shall be provided.

Process :
** You can raise a replacement request via: e-mail (care@mebelkart.com), phone (+918067978888) or chat.
** Phone and Chat is available from 10:30 am to 8pm, except on Sundays and National Holidays.
** Please mention your order id, product title and send us photographs of the items to ascertain the reason for return.

** We request you to retain all the packing material.
** A Reverse pick up will be initiated as soon as the photographs received are validated.
** Once the pick-up is done, replacement will be shipped within 24 to 48 Hours.

The guarantee does not extend to :
** Damages due to misuse of product or incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
** Any consumable item which has been used or installed.
** Items that are returned without original packaging, labels, freebies or accessories.

** Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
** Made-to-order/Customised Products.
** Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

  1. I want job. I have experience as sale executive from Maharashtra and Telangana.

  2. Mebelkart is a fraud company. They are unreachable and number does not work. They never reply emails. They are currently holding my money for 1 month and I have no idea how to get it back. This company should be sued and shut down.

    1. I fully agree with you. Payment was made almost 2 months back, not received delivery nor am able to contact customer care.
      My repeated attempts to senior management asking someone to give me a call back has also gone unanswered. Customers beware!
