Shipping Policy :
** We take great care in delivering your products to you hence we partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders.
** Our packaging does not have any branding, marking or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere you want to, even your place of work!
** Minimum Order Value Should be Rs.499 to Validate your Order, and Shipping is Absolutely Free.
** We ship your orders within 4 working days of order placement.
** You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 3-4 working days in major cities and 4 to 12 days for other location.
** You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery.
** In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment,
** or full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments.
** We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our Shipping Policy as follows :
** We currently deliver to most cities across India
** We ship items within 4 working days of order placement.
** However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 6 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our Factory.
** In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order,
** we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.
** In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
** While we shall endeavour to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
** If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or email us at care AT boerandfitch.com, mentioning your order reference number.
** We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
** Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations

** Some locations in India are served by India-Post. In case a Cash-on-Delivery order is shipped through VPP service of India Post, then India Post might levy an additional charge of 5% of invoice value which will be collected by the local post-office at the time of delivery.

Return Policy :
** We have a very easy, hassle-free returns policy.
** If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a prompt credit coupon.
** Simply return unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached in the original packing within 15 days of delivery for an exchange.
** You will be issued a credit coupon only for the item(s) you are returning.
** This coupon can be used for a future purchase on boerandfitch.com.

2. How do I return something?
** Check that the items you’re intending to return meet our returns guidelines.
Then follow these instructions to request a return:
Step 1: Put the item(s) you intend to return along with the original invoice, product tags and product packaging in a shipping box.
Step 2: Seal the box securely with a tape.
Step 3: Boer and Fitch provides return Courier Charges upto Rs.50 only in the cases of wrong or defective products delivered by Boer and Fitch or you feel your consignment has been tampered with during transit.

Step 4: Send us the packed box through your preferred courier service. Ensure that the following address is securely pasted on the returns box –

** Boer and Fitch will send you a coupon of upto Rs.30 to Rs.50 Only – towards shipping charges,if its Eligible.

Step 5: Once you have shipped the box, send us an email at care AT boerandfitch.com to inform us about the returns shipment.
** Please include your original order ID number in the email.
** We will notify you via e-mail of your Credit into Wallet within 10 working days of receiving your courier.
