** The 24 hour Public Grievance Redressal Cell call centre was inaugurated by the CM at his office today in the presence of his ministerial colleagues, Members of Legislative Assembly and senior officials as part of the 100 day programme.

** CM said that the grievance of the people won’t be left unattended and added that every possible effort will be made to resolve the sufferings of the people. The call centre is a step towards this goal.

** Government doesn’t claim that all the problems of people will be resolved. If in any case a complaint remains unresolved, then the petitioner will be informed as why his complaint cannot be resolved. The Government has ensured full support from all the officials for the successful functioning of the call centre, said CM.

** The first petition that came up was of the son of C.S Suresh Kumar a KSRTC driver who died while on duty of cardiac arrest. Though he died driving, his act of courage saved the life of people in the bus as he applied the brakes in time. The file regarding the recommendation for Jeevan Raksha Pathak for Suresh Kumar was pending. This complaint was taken up and the CM has directed the GAD secretary to complete the formalities and forward the recommendation to the Central Government today itself.

** The second petition was regarding A.C Smitha who went missing in 2006 in Dubai in just two days after reaching there with her husband. Till now no progress has taken place regarding the complaint lodged with police. CM has directed DGP to hand over the case to Crime Branch.

  3. Please take urgent steps to monitor the situation of Papanasam beach & cliff. There is no toilet, NO LIGHTS, no waste bin, no security. Several antisocial elements are roaming in the beach & harassing tourists openly. Some official should visit these main tourist locations & collect comments from tourists.

  5. Today there was an incident at Kottayam Seematti Round. Some so called politicians I presume Congress Mani group was blocking or blocked the central junction. I feel pity and saw many police officers there. Who have given them the permission to block a road, S P of Kottayam? I don’t know if a permission like this is given there is no need for governance.
Please ask them not to block the road. They have the right to protest. Let them do that, without obstructing the common man. Please employ police force like CRPF or other battalions who don’t know so called local leaders.

  6. Exam cell of MG university is collecting a super fine of Rs.500 for a paper of Rs.160 before exam date is published even after the payment being collected from the university. I had to pay Rs.2000 extra to the university. If so, for a minimum of 5000 candidates minimum 1crore rupees is collected by the MG university. Please make a positive move for the youth who may or may not afford.

  7. Respected sir,
I am an ordinary social worker. In our locality (kammana post Cheruvayal -kurishinkal sections ,mananthavady wayanad.) last 6 years paddy farmers (especially those who have only paddy fields and they depends upon only that.) are not getting any Padashegara samidi benefits. Every years these benefits are taking only the members of Padashegara samidi. And the fact is they does not have farm paddy. In paddy fields they are having acrs of other farmings except paddy. We are trusting in this government. So we wrote notices for vigilance inquiry.
But they destroyed our all notices and they are offering cash. But we have the support of all ordinary farmers those who qualified to get benefits of this government. Please suggest us how to complaint. What are the proofs we have to submit. Where we should complaint? How to protect our paddy?

  10. The drainage system in coastal area of Trivandrum District need to be implemented properly to avoid flood during rainy season. A detailed study shall conduct by nominating an expert engineer. There are many natural drainage in Karumkulam village of Neyyattinkara Taluk which are being encroached by the neighbors and hence these are not functional. I shall furnish one example. The natural drainage in front of Karumkulam panchayat office and behind the karumkulam village office building is not functional since past few years due to encroachment. Government may take appropriate action to restore the natural drainage by vacating the encroachments on war foot basis.

  11. The constituency address is not updated. Hence I believe there can be other info. also to be updated.

  12. I have a suggestion about unemployment. Many of the Kerala students are unaware about public exams they simply trying to move abroad for job. There are a large no of vacancies in public sector so youth should know about the exams like psc SSC rrb ibps lic etc. The government should open coaching centre in every district to promote students for free coaching that will help to wipe out unemployment to a particular level.
