Shipping and Returns

** The following document specifies the Shipping and Delivery, Cancellation and Returns policy.

Packaging :
** All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage.
** We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.
** Some of the Store products come with specific packing, which is again encased inside an outer box, providing extra protection.

Delivery :
** We process the delivery through reputed and registered Courier Companies
** For International buyers, Orders are shipped and delivered through registered International courier companies and/or International speed post only.
** Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.

Prices and Shipping Fees :
Product Prices :
** For orders on sportking.in the prices quoted at the time of your order on the product page apply.
** The prices are final prices inclusive of VAT and all other price components.
** In cases where prices are displayed incorrectly on sportking.in due to technical errors, sportking.in is entitled to action for nullification.
** The burden of proof regarding an error lies with sportking.in Payments already made will be refunded immediately.

Order processing and estimated delivery time :
** Store products are dispatched from our warehouse within 5 working days.
** For Domestic orders (within India) estimated time of delivery is within 8 working days depending on the zones.
** However, sportking.in is not responsible for service transit time.
** Transit times are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
** For International Orders estimated time of delivery is within 10-12 working days.
Note: Working days counted as 5 days a week Monday – Friday.

Cancellation and Returns :
Cancel Order :
** If you wish to cancel your order, you need to call our Customer care within 24 hours of placing the order.
** OR Send e-mail to customercare AT sportking.in within 24 hours.
** Please quote the Order tracking number and registered e-mail ID during the call and in the e-mail.
** This will enable us to service you better and process your request. The order amount shall be refunded back to you.
** No cancellations are entertained for those products that have extra offer / discount price for special occasions like Festival days, National holidays etc.
** These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
