  • My policy APS-1413473-M is matured on 30th April 2019. I have submitted the request to PLI Office, Chd. Till date, I have not paid. Date of submission is 21.06.2019.

  • Most humbly I request that I have my PLI account in post office with following details. Policy Number is APS-525389-A. My policy has got maturity value on 4th March 2019. I had deposited policy document main copy, Pass Book main copy with all complete filled entry, aadhar card, pan card, voter card, mobile details and mail id and NEFT form.

    I deposited above documents to New Delhi GPO, GOL Dak Khana, PLI Department Central Processing Centre on 23rd February 2019. Till date amount is not transferred into account. You are kind requested to do all needful and help me at the earliest. I shall be thankful to you and postal organization.

Can I send self through civil post (or) not? Please provide me suitable methods for claiming my matured PLI.

  • This is to inform you that I SQN LDR Raunaq Sahay, had brought two policies vide numbers APS-870820A and APS- 870821A dated 4th December 2008 and 5th December 2008 respectively. I wanted to surrender both the policy and as directed by postmaster of 642 Field Post Office Kalaikunda, on 31st May 2018. I had submitted the original copies of the policy along with bank details and willing certificate. The acknowledgment of the same is enclosed.

    Till date it has been 2 months, neither I have received any written confirmation from your office nor is the amount remitted in my account. I am undergoing a financial loss and the amount is needed. I have also lodge complaint on your portal vide numbers 10008513980, 10008513970 and 10008584964 but got no reply.

  • Documents in r/o PLI Policy number APS-1320585 has already been forwarded vide 700 FPO RL Number RE9456291581N on 22nd May 2018 but, the amount has not been credited in my account. Please confirm.

  • My policy number is APS-1305085-N, Navy Number 129389-T. I paid premium for the year 2017 in two installment by 901 FPO (900901), Jamshedpur, Sonari, Jharkhand. First in January for January-June 17, Receipt Number is A 106, dated 16th January 17 and 2nd in July 17 for July-December 17, Receipt Number-A 195, dated 17th July 17. After that APO service was closed in Sonari, Then by order of Jamshedpur Main Post office i.e Bistupur Post office PLI department staff, I deposit my next premium in civil court S.O (831001) post office on 19th January 2018 for period of January-June 18. But now I can not deposit my next premium that is onwards July 2018 in any post office due to reason that my previous premium was updated in my Policy up to May 17, which was shown in system by Bistupur PLI department staff.

    Kindly update my previous policy as soon as possible so that i can easily deposit my next premium easily and if possible intimate me.

      Can one revive a lapsed policy?
      If the premia are not paid for 6 months in case policy is in currency for 3 years (or) 12 months in case policy is more than 3 years old, then the policy becomes void. This needs revival to make it active. Revival shall not be allowed on more than two occasions during the entire term of the policy. Policy can be revived any time one year before maturity.

  • My Policy number APS-418626L gets completed on 05th October 17. All documents have been dispatched by October 2017, but amount is not received till date. You are requested to credit my maturity amount.

    My policy number APS-868565-L matured on 29th October 2016 and all relative documents submitted. To Apo, but missing my one premium October 2016'debited my premium amount from my maturity amount, and credited my bank account.

When I tried to contact FPO and the 99APO I was assured that my bond paper would be forwarded to my parent unit but till now I haven't received it. False promises from many FPO officials have made me fed up. So I request you to please provide me a contact no so that I can contact you directly for my problems.

  • I have got my loan sanction letter from PLI cell. But the post office (790 fpo) is refusing to pay me the money stating that fund is not available.

    • My PLI Policy Number APS-466563-L is matured. Request for approval is forwarded by St.Thomas Mount, HPO Chennai on 10th September 2018 & lot of reminder issued by them but no reply from your end. Hence you are requested please forward maturity claim approval to solve my financial harassment.
