Shipping Policy :
** LittleShop delivers its products to almost all parts of India. Orders are shipped on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
** With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you.
** Once LittleShop ships the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

Delivery Charges :
** LittleShop provides free delivery on all orders above Rs.500.

Estimated Delivery Time :
** The estimated delivery time is mentioned on each page.
** However it may differ from item to item depending on the weight, size and volume of the product which may take a couple of days longer.
** Orders placed after 3pm will be processed next day.
** For all metros the delivery time will be 3 business days.
** For non-metros serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 5 business days and for other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location.
** (Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays).
** However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take couple of days longer to reach.

For Out of Stock items :
** Currently LittleShop does not have these products in stock.
** Please use the “Notify Me” feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at LittleShop.in.

International Locations :
** Currently LittleShop does not deliver internationally.
** You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.

Tracking Packages :
** The tracking number and the name of the courier company of your consignment will be mailed to you on your registered email address.
** In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24hrs of placing an order kindly check your spam folder.
** Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so kindly wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery :
** LittleShop’s delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse.
** Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

Return Policy :
** Little Shop aims to keep the customers satisfied, hence we have a “no questions asked” 15 days return policy for clothes and 7 days return policy for all other items.
** If the product delivered is not as per your specification or there is a defect in the product, then notify us at the time of delivery or within 7 days from the date of delivery, and we will provide you a confirmation number to ship the defective or incorrectly ordered item back to us.

** Once received at our office we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost within 12 working days, or if the product is not available with us then we will refund the entire amount.
** Little Shop reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product looks used and its original packing is found to be tampered.
** Little Shop reserves the right to pay you back in case there are no stocks left of the item returned.
** This decision is solely at the discretion of Little Shop.
** The return shipping charges need to be borne by the customer.

** Please send us a mail at customercare AT littleshop.in or call us on 1800 419 0800 before you ship the item back to us.
** No goods will be accepted without intimation.
** Please ensure that while returning, the items are packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged in transit.
** The money will be refunded the way the payment was made.
** If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
** If the payment mode was Cheque, DD or COD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
** The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).

** Typically refunds are processed in less than 10 working days but in case of payments by Cheque, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
