How to Place an Order ?
** Browse Cakes4u.inproduct section and select a product.
** Click to add it to your Shopping Cart.
** You can add more products from add-on products option.
** View and Edit the Contents of your Cart at any time.
** When you are satisfied with your order, Click ‘Continue’ and fill up the order form.
** After you have filled the order form, click preview.
** After you have previewed your order click ‘Confirm’.
** You will then be redirected to the Payment page.
** If you make any inquiries about your order, please state your Order Number.

When will my order arrive ?
** While placing your order, you will be asked to request a delivery date.
** We offer same day delivery if the order is placed by 2:00 pm.
** To check the status of an order, track your order from our website or send us an email on support AT cakes4u.in.

When will my credit card be charged ?
** We will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online.
** If there is a problem securing this authorization you will be notified on the spot and prompted to use another card.
** If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and transferred securely to us.
** Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

Refund/Exchange Policy :
** If you do not pick up your order, Cakes4u.inhas the rights to cancel the order and we will not issue the refund, regardless of the circumstance.
** We always try to remake the product for our customers, if you need it again; however, you will have to pay for both.
** Products abandoned by the customer will not be refunded.
** If Cakes4u.in has been deficient in producing any product, we will be more than happy, if you remind us of that.
** This allows us to correct our team, and deficiency in our delivery team.
** We are sure; you will get it perfect next time.
** Obviously, in this case we will provide you a refund / replacement for the product.
** Also, keep it for your information, that orders placed on the same date of delivery will not be cancelled or refunded by us.
** If you want to cancel an order, let us know, 48 hrs prior before the delivery date.
** Product once sold will not be taken back / exchanged since it perishable food products.
** To cancel a product, you will have to send us a mail atorder AT cakes4u.in with the proper order details like Order ID, Cancellation Reason, and Refund Account Details **

Order Cancellation and Change Policy :
** Things happen and at Cakes4u.in we understand that and will work with you as best we can.
** All changes must be made 24 hours in advance of pick-up tie charges if any will be applicable, no changes to the order can be made after that.
** All changes must be handled directly with a representative of Cakes4u.in and confirmed.

** For the same day Delivery Orders If you cancel within 30 minutes after placing on the same day we will give you a full refund for your product there is no cancellation or refund 30 minute after placing the order.

** For order placed on latter days you can cancel the order 4 days before the delivery date for a full refund you cannot cancel the order later than that and no refund will be provided.
** In case of cancellation 5% charge will be applicable.
** Refund will be made in the same payment mode within 10 working days excluding public holidays, Bank Holiday’s or Sunday’s.
