Delivery and shipping policy :
** We always ensure that you get our freshest product.
** To make sure that our products arrive to you in a perfect condition, we hand deliver for express service.
** We hand deliver cakes only in Pune. All days a week.
** Chocolates can be couriered all over india.

We cannot give a commitment for the delivery time on the given date as mentioned in the instructions or otherwise.
** Morning delivery time – 9 a.m – 11.45 a.m
** afternoon delivery time – 12 noon – 5 pm
** evening delivery time – 5 pm – 8 pm
** night delivery time – 8 pm – 11 pm
** midnight delivery time – 11.30pm – 12.30 am ( select the delivery date 1 day prior to the occasion, for example if the occasion is on 20th, please select delivery date as 19 th )
** specific delivery time – 11 am – 11 pm
** Orders received until 9 am – 5 pm IST will be delivered on the same day – anytime between – 11 am – 11 pm IST unless delivery date is mentioned in the order details.
** Orders received until 9 pm IST will be delivered on the same midnight- anytime between 11.30pm – 12.30 am IST unless delivery date is mentioned in the order details.
** Delivery will not be redirected or redelivered under any circumstances.
** We will attempt the delivery of products only once .
** In case the delivery is not been done during the attempt, the customer will still be charged for the order & no redelivery will be possible.
** Order will be considered executed in the foll. cases –
** Delivery not done due to wrong address provided by the sender.
** Premises found locked.
** Recipient not available at the given address.
** Recipient refused to accept the products due to any reason
** Wrong phone or cell or extension no./not working/no reply/or not connecting/or not reachable & delivery is not done
** Product delivered to the recipient,customer,reception, security guard,neighbour,relative, friend
** Please note all perishable products like cake, flowers will be hand delivered.

Refund and cancellation :
** 100 % refund only will be made unless of non- delivered of the product or if the product is unavailable for the delivery under circumstances beyond our control.
** No claim of whatsoever nature will be tenable other than the claim of 100 % refund of the payment made.
** All such claims should be raised within 24 hours of the delivery or non- delivery of the product.
