Shipping Policy :
How will the delivery be done?
** We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies. Our current tie-up is with Blue Dart & DTDC.
** In case of large gadgets, the company directly sends the goods to you through their regional warehouse.
** If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

What are the delivery charges?
** myGreenkart provides free delivery on all items of value more than Rs. 499/-.
** Otherwise Rs. 50/- is charged as delivery charges.
** Cash on Delivery Option is available for all orders of value more than Rs. 499/-.
** Rs. 50 will be charged as Cash on Delivery Fee.

Is there a minimum order level for Delivery?
** Yes, the order has to be of minimum worth of Rs. 200 post discount to qualify for delivery.

What is the Delivery time?
** The goods will be delivered within 7 working days from the date of dispatch for all locations serviced by reputed couriers.
** For others, delivery times may vary depending on the location.
** We try and dispatch all goods within 3 working days of order receipt.

Who bears the Octroi Charges?
** Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities.
** Any applicable octroi will be payable by the customer.
** Please pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities.
** Mygreenkart.com is not responsible for any octroi payments.

How to track my order online?
** You can check the status of order by clicking on “order number” whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Mygreenkart.com.
** Once your order is shipped out, we will send you a confirmation e-mail.

Incase if I receive a damaged parcel?
** If you notice that parcel is damaged you should refuse to accept it.
** Send us an e-mail to customercare AT mygreenkart.com within 24 hours of such refusal, stating that you have refused to accept the damaged parcel.
** For more information on the same, kindly refer to our return policy.

Returns Policy :
** We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value but in case you are unhappy with the merchandise, we offer a flexible and easy return policy.
** Some of the items are sourced from Ngo’s while others may be handcrafted items and minor discrepancies might occur, and we request you to appreciate that fact before asking for a return.

30 Day Replacement Guarantee :
** All products, with the exception of large gadgets, sold by mygreenkart.com can be returned within Thirty(30)days from receipt of the item(s).
** Let us know of any damages or defects within 30 days of the delivery and we will send you a replacement at no extra cost

You are liable to get a replacement in case :
** We have shipped a wrong product.
** There is a manufacturing defect.
** Goods are damaged in transit
** All you need to do is to inform us within Thirty (30) days of receiving the parcel by writing in to us at AT mygreenkart.com and sending us the image of the concerned product.
** You will get instructions from us for the return of the product.

Conditions for return :
** All items must have the original security tag and label and must be returned in the same condition as delivered by the Company.
** Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return.
** All requests for return of product have to be placed within Thirty(30)days from the date of delivery.
** No return requests will be processed after Thirty (30) days from receipt of item(s).

How does it Work :
To return a product, you need to follow the following steps :
** Inform customercare AT mygreenkart.com about the return
** Put the product in its original packaging
** Mention your order number or insert the original invoice
** Send the package through a courier of choice to our address
** For the return shipping cost, you will get a Rs.100 store voucher which can be used on mygreenklart.com for future purchases.
