What are the delivery charges?
** The delivery charges are based on 3 main factors.
** First of all it depends on your location, we ship all over the world.
** Secondly, it depends on your urgency, we offer our customers the possibility of receiving the package via normal post or express post.
** And thirdly, it depends on the size and weight of your order.
** This process it seems difficult but we simplify it for you, once you check out before payment you will see your shipping options and costs.
When can I expect my parcel?
** Most orders (unless otherwise indicated) are processed within 3-4 working days.
** For orders shipped within India it takes 3-7 working days until delivery.
** If you live in a remote area, anticipate a few days more.
** For international orders please give 10-21 days if sent via registered postal service and 7-10 days for EMS Speed Post.
** In busy times of the year or in rare occasions registered parcel can take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
** If you have not received your parcel within this time please contact us so we can track your parcel for you.
Which countries do you ship to ?
** We can ship to any country that has a postal service.
** All orders are despatched directly from our offices in India to your postal address so shipping is available worldwide.
Cancellations & Returns :
I want to return my purchase or a part of my order! What do I do?
** You may inform us that you wish to refuse a purchase within 7 working days of receipt of the product.
** You may notify Auroville.com of the cancellation by email via auroville.com/shop/contact_us.php.
** The goods should be returned undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging within 5 working days of this notification.
** You should send a copy of the invoice or delivery note and a covering letter indicating your full account number with the returned goods.
What is your refund and returns policy ?
** We will gladly refund you in full for any product you may purchase that you are not completely happy with.
** Returns should be made within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
** Certain products such as food items and perishables can not be returned.
** Simply contact our customer care department and they will advise you how to return your product.
** Once we received it, we will refund your card in full.
** In the case of you returning only part of an order, we will refund you for the items returned. Simple as that!
When are returns not possible?
** Cancellation is not possible for goods that have been made especially for you (custom made products).
** If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated in the product description that you see while ordering.
** Auroville.com can refuse to accept or refund returned articles when the packaging has been opened or when the products have been used or damaged by you.
When are Refunds provided?
** Auroville.com will refund, within 30 days of receipt by Auroville.com of the returned product, any sums paid, minus the direct delivery costs (transport and order handling costs).**
How do I cancel an order or items in your order?
** Don’t worry, it´s easy! You can raise a complaint from our contact us page.
** We will take care of everything.
What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
It depends on what method of payment you have used :
** If you have paid by credit card, the money will be refunded to the bank account linked to your credit.
** If you have paid by Paypal, the money will be refunded to your Paypal account.
** If you paid by bank transfer, we will make a net transfer to your account or write you a check, as you prefer.
