Refunds and Exchanges :
** We want you to be happy with your purchase from
** You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 7 days of purchase.
** In the case of an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge.
** However, we do not refund return shipping charges, unless we made an error.

Your Return/Exchange Options :
** Return/Exchange items to any Readers store.
** You may return most items purchased on to any Readers store.
** Take your merchandise and this invoice to your local store.
** Any Sales Associate can process your return.

Return items by mail :
** Please call customer service for an authorization number and instructions on any return. Unauthorized returns will not be received.
** Complete the Return Form, indicating item(s) being returned and reason(s).
** Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice.
** Ship the package through reputed shipping Carrier.

** We’ll process your return within 10 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement.
** If you provided an email address, we’ll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.
** For goods bought on, we will refund the money the way the payment was made.

** If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount to Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
** If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque. Cheques will be sent to the billing address of the customer.
** For products which are incorrectly shipped, damaged in transit, with defects Please send us a mail at support AT or call us on 040 646 02868 to obtain a Return Receipt Number.
