What is the TAT for delivery of Family Health Plan?
The TAT for delivery is 14 working days, In case you will not receive the same you can call PHCI Helpdesk Number 011-450972913.

Is PHCI an insurance company?
 No PHCI is not an insurance company and it does not come under IRDA..

Will you reverse my payment in case I am not happy with the plan?
There is free look period of 15 days after delivery, In case you are not satisfied with the services you can ask for a reversal.

How much extra I have to pay for body checkup voucher?
Body checkup vouchers are complimentary from our side and there will no extra cost for doing this checkup and need not to go anywhere, sample collection executive will come to you residence and will collect blood sample and will send hardcopy of reports by courier at your residential address.

I already have a Health Insurance policy, why should I purchase this?
Your Health Insurance policy will only help you when you are hospitalized, but PHCI plan will help you to diagnose your present health condition so that you can take timely action.
