Delivered empty box, no lipstick inside. Coustomer ko aise cheat kiya j raha hai? Koi coustomer care ka no nahi hai, chat me proper response nahi milti. I want my money back. Otherwise am going to a consumer court.

I had ordered 2 lipsticks, one is Ruby runway Rs.950/- & 2nd is Lipgloss Modern muse Rs.1050. Both are Manish Malhotra’s brand, total Rs. 2000. But they gave me 150/- Discount on this. So my actual total is Rs.1850/-. I paid it online. I received the message from bank that my account is debited Rs 1850/-. Today I received the courier but there is only one lipstick in it which is Lipgloss Modern Muse. I didn’t receive the another one Which is Ruby Runway. Where is another one? I paid for that lipstick. I was trying to contact you but your phone number is not exist. So please contact me and send me the Ruby Runway lipstick. Its too costly. Otherwise, I will register complaints against you.
