Ubuy Return Policy

Here at Ubuy we believe in 100% customer service and strive to please all Ubuyers. We always do our best to take care of our valuable customers.

In the unlikely event if any product that you have purchased is damaged or incorrect then you may return your product. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned to Ubuy in a resalable & unused condition. The item must be in the original packaging and returned with any accessories or free gifts within 5 Days from the day it was delivered.

These categories cannot be returned:
1. Used or not in the same condition and packaging as you received it
2. Specific categories like innerwear, lingerie, Beauty products, perfumes/deodorant, pants, socks and clothing freebies, grocery & gourmet, Jewelry and Pet Supplies etc.
3. Items which have been used or installed.
4. Products that have been tampered with or a missing serial numbers.
5. Products with missing labels or accessories.
6. Digital products.

Important Notes:
1. If you received an item Damaged or incorrect then we may request you to share Pictures or a video with the order Number to info AT
2. If you received a damaged item then you will have to inform shipping company within 3 days of delivery.
3. Please make sure that all returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Ubuy Refund Policy

Once we have received your Item then that will go under a quality inspection and the refund will be initiated if the returned item meets our return policy.

Note: If any cash on delivery or Fawry order is eligible for a refund then the refund will be deposited into your Ubuy Account as Ucredit within 2 days and which is valid for 1 year. For all gateways, as soon as the refund will get initiated from Ubuy then it can take upto 14 working days to reflect the amount in your account and the delay may occur from the banks.

Partial Refunds:
Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or have missing parts.

Sale Items:
Items which are part of any sale/offer cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.

1. How to create an account?
a. Click on “sign in” on the top right corner and select “Create an Account”.
b. Enter all the details asked in the form.
c. Check the 2 boxes at bottom of the form and click on CREATE AN ACCOUNT button.

2. How to search for a product?
a. Type the name of the product that you want to search in search box.
b. Click Search button after writing product name.
c. You will get your desired product.

3. How to place an order?
a. Click on the product you wish to buy.
b. Click on ‘Buy Now’ button visible on the right hand side of the product.
c. Click on ‘Continue Shopping’ if you wish to continue or click on ‘View Cart’ to prepare for Check Out.
d. Check all the details on your cart & click on ‘Check Out’.
e. Now sign in with your user name & password for Ubuy account. If you do not have a Ubuy account, you need to create an account.
f. Fill all the details asked in the form for address & click ‘Continue’.
g. Check your final payment & click ‘Continue’.
h. Enter your card details & submit.

4. How do I track my order?
a. As soon as you place an order with Ubuy, you would get a confirmation email from us with a link to track your order. You can get all details about the status of your shipment by clicking on the link.
b. You can also track you order by visiting our website and clicking on the “track your order” link under ‘customer service’ at the bottom of the page.

  1. I ordered product Tekton 5547 02 /02/ 2019. It rate is INR 4,491, shipping charge is INR 4891/- and custom charge is INR 3752.93 and total is INR 14,134.93 and offer 7%. The rate offer INR 4,491/- with out quoting shipping charges and custom charge, if prior information is available before, I would definitely reject instantly. But the payment had been done with out my knowledge. Anyway what ever my mistake is committed I definitely have to oblige. But the problem is that payment had been made but the product is not known where it is. I have tried to trace with DLH courier and Aramax but no use. Please let me know what is the position and where is the product now and when do I expect it? My order number is 310219859601 and CPIR number is UCP7603902507342702, later I received message from Aramax, they asked KYC documents which I have done according and they have acknowledged the receipt.The HAWB bill number is 30980822084, but it is very much unsatisfactory where the product now lying, as I am not getting any clarification since 07/02/2019. Kindly help.
