Shipping Policy for Escaro Royale

Thank you for choosing Escaro Royale for your luxury footwear needs. Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience:

1. Processing Time:
** Orders are processed within 24 hours after telephonic confirmation. In case of pre-paid orders we confirm just the address over the registered phone number. We confirm orders between 10am and 7pm daily.
** Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time; details will be communicated upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates:
** We offer free standard shipping to any part of India on orders exceeding INR 3999; check our website for current promotions.
** In many cases, where the customer requires a next day delivery or same day delivery (if possible), we charge INR 1000 as extra shipping charges.

3. Shipping Methods:
** We provide various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. We use BlueDart, Delhivery and other reputed delivery services for delivering our parcels.

4. Estimated Delivery Time after dispatch :
** Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days.
** Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
** Delivery times may vary based on the destination, local customs, and unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking:
** Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our delivery partners and our customer service also keeps you updated on the delivery of your parcel.
** Use the provided tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your order.

6. International Shipping:
** We offer international shipping to select countries. The shipping and handling fees are USD 20.
** International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their respective countries.

7. Shipping Delays:
** Escaro Royale is not liable for shipping delays caused by external factors, such as weather conditions, customs issues, political disturbances or carrier disruptions.

8. Shipping Address:
** Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. Escaro Royale is not responsible for packages undelivered due to error in shipping address.

9. Missing or Damaged Items:
** In the rare event of missing or damaged items, contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order for prompt assistance.

10. Returns and Refunds:
** Review our Returns and Refunds Policy for information on returning items and obtaining refunds.
** Please note that there is a Rs. 1000 shipping, handling and re-stocking fee for returns not arising from manufacturing defects.

11. Orders only shipped on Monday – Saturday
** Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes
** Not all shipping methods are available for all shipping addresses or certain items.

Order Cancellations (When can I cancel my order?)
After receiving your order, our customer care team will contact you to confirm the order via email & phone. If you do not respond to our order confirmation attempts, your order will be auto cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support[AT]escaroroyale.com: or call us at +1 (980) 205-4646 BEFORE your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Once we dispatch the order, we won’t be able to accept any cancellation requests. You can MODIFY your order once at the time of confirmation call.

Disputes :
To raise a dispute, please send an email to support[AT]escaroroyale.com. Your email must contain name of product, order ID along with the details of your nature of concern. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the product. If the dispute is filed after 3 days of delivery, the same will only be entertained at the sole discretion of Escaro.

Escaro Royale Return Policy

** Complimentary returns if initiated within 7 days of delivery.
** No returns can be initiated after 7 days of delivery. If the order ID is not in the list on the returns request portal (escaro.in/return-request), it is past the return window and cannot be returned. Click here to check.
** If a free gift that was gifted at the time of purchase is not returned with the products, the full MRP value of the freebie will be deducted from the refund amount. This is non-negotiable.
** For shoes, please ensure that you try on products on carpeted surfaces to avoid scratching the soles. Scratched soles are non-returnable.
** Please test the fitting of shoes without wrinkling the leather; especially the toe-line. Wrinkled products are non-returnable.
** Used and worn products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
** No returns on customized or personalized items.
** Items can also be returned at our store in New Delhi.
** No returns and refunds on final-call items.
** The natural beauty of leather means that no two pieces of leather are exactly alike. As such, natural markings and grain variations are not considered defects; and cannot be considered reason for returns.

Escaro Royale Refund Policy

** Purchases made with Cash-on-delivery facility can only be refunded in a bank account where the name of the customer on the invoice and the name on the bank account matches.This is to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
** A refund may only be made in the same currency and country / region as the original purchase.
** Where possible, and at the discretion of Escaro Royale, we will try to reverse any refunds to the same credit card using which the prepaid purchase was made.

Anti Money-Laundering Policy :
** Purchases made with Cash-on-delivery facility can only be refunded in a bank account where the name of the customer on the invoice and the name on the bank account matches. This is to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.
** Under no circumstances can the refund be processed in a different name, to a different person or to another person’s bank account or credit card.

Return & Refund Process :
Your purchase can be returned by scheduling a complimentary pickup with our customer service team.
** Please initiate a return request here
** Once you have initiated a return request, please email us photographs of your product at support[AT]escaro.in for us to ascertain the condition of the product(s) and packaging that have been marked for return. Please include your order ID and name.
** Once we have ascertained from photographs that the goods are in acceptable returnable condition in accordance with our policy above, we will initiate a reverse pickup through our delivery partner.
** Please ensure that there is someone home to handover the return. Three (3) attempts are generally made to pick up a return. If the return is not handed over after 3 attempts, no more returns will be made and the return will be rejected.
** It takes 3-5 business days for us to receive the product once it has been picked up from your premises.
** Once we receive the product at our shipping center, we will inspect it to ensure that there is no damage to the product or packaging and that the product has been returned in absolutely unused condition.
** Once the product is quality-checked and found to be in refundable condition, the refund will be processed within 3 business days.
